By accessing or using ZhaiCV (zhaicv.space), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

For paid services, the terms of service delivery are additionally governed by our Public Offer Agreement (Публичная оферта).

ZhaiCV is an AI-powered resume optimization platform that helps users tailor their resumes to specific job descriptions. Our services include:

• AI resume tailoring based on job descriptions
• ATS (Applicant Tracking System) score analysis
• Resume quality scoring
• PDF resume generation with professional templates
• Cover letter generation

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Free Plan: Includes limited resume tailoring attempts per month and basic features. Free plan usage limits may change at our discretion.

Paid Plans: Offer increased usage limits and additional features. Pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service. Contact us at torebekbekbolatovic@gmail.com to request a refund.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent resume content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits through multiple accounts or automation
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our AI algorithms or proprietary technology
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission

Your Content: You retain full ownership of your resume text, job descriptions, and any content you upload. We do not claim any ownership over your data.

Our Service: The ZhaiCV platform, including its design, code, AI models, templates, and branding, is our intellectual property and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

AI-Generated Output: The tailored resume text generated by our AI is considered a derivative of your original content. You have full rights to use, modify, and distribute the output.

Our AI provides suggestions for resume optimization. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content should be reviewed by you before submission to employers
• We do not guarantee that tailored resumes will result in interviews or job offers
• The AI does not fabricate experience or qualifications — it restructures and optimizes your existing content
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your final resume

ZhaiCV is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for job application outcomes or hiring decisions made by third parties

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or security patches. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
